We review every request personally

A person reads what you have told us and looks for a volunteer whose experience fits. No algorithm. While the programme is being established this can take time, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.

Have a real conversation

Meet via video call or phone. Ask everything. Your mentor has no financial stake in your decision — they are here purely to help.

Support for as long as it is useful

Where a volunteer has the time, they stay in touch through your closing. That is offered by the person, never promised on their behalf.
