By accessing or using the KindHome platform ("Platform"), operated by KCF LLC ("KindHome," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
KindHome provides an AI-powered real estate marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, investors, and agents in California. Our services include property search, AI valuations (Fair Value Engine™), agent matching, mortgage comparisons, and related real estate tools.
KindHome is a technology platform and is not a licensed real estate broker or agent. Information provided through our Platform, including AI-generated valuations and market data, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional real estate advice. Always consult a licensed real estate professional before making real estate decisions.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@kindhome.ai.
Property listings on the Platform are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing. The Truth Layer™ feature provides AI-generated analysis and is not a substitute for professional inspection or due diligence.
You may not use the Platform to: post false or misleading listings; scrape or copy data without permission; violate any applicable law including the Fair Housing Act; or engage in discriminatory practices.
All Platform content, features, and technology — including Fair Value Engine™, Truth Layer™, Kindness Score™, Kind Pact™, and Kindness Layer™ — are owned by KCF LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCF LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent Platform notice.
