We share your information with: agents and brokers you connect with through the Platform; service providers who assist Platform operations under strict confidentiality agreements; and as required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketers.
Our Platform uses AI to generate property valuations, market insights, and personalized recommendations. These are automated processes. AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. You may request human review of any significant AI-generated decision.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active plus 3 years, unless you request deletion or longer retention is required by law. Search and browsing data is retained for 13 months.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
